I want each of you to pick up a new recruit. Then post it on here who you are sponsoring, you can have more than one. I also want a weekly update or at least a post on here when they have there marksman. This will make it easy for us to track who has who, what there status is and any changes that need to be made. Also it lets the recruit know where he is at and how he is doing.

Major Killfrost and I have been working with the below recruits.

Has 3 done. Doing very well. I expect him to complete his marksman in the next few days. He joined today so he still has 2 weeks to wait. Advise I would give him would be to communicate a little more. Say where you are when you are killed, it will help team mates pick up a kill and know where the enemy is. All in all I am pretty impressed with this recruit.

Has not yet gotten a game towards his marksman. This is not for a lack of trying. We have played several times now. He is a great guy. He is improving every game. Takes advice well and applies it well. Here again more communication, call out location of death and spawn flips. Keep at it bud it will come.

Has 2 done. Only played a few games with this recruit. Not sure what his game schedule is. I expect he will complete his marksman with in his 2 week period.

Has 4 done. Quack I expect will finish his marksman in the next day or so. He is fun to play, understands the maps, and works well as a team mate. I'm not sure how far into his 2 weeks he is. Here again I recommend more communication. Same as above call out location of death and enemy movement.

Has 2 done. I expect that the recruit will finish his marksman in several days. I have played with him several times. Once again it seems to be a theme more communication. Remember to call out death location.

This is a new recruit. I have spoken with him a few times. We have not played a game yet. He has not been home and while he can get on Xbox he can't play. He is connection through a cell phone. Soul please PM me about this recruit.

The following recruits I have only spoken with on the website. I have them on my friends list but have not yet had a chance to play with them. It has been a few days for a couple of them.
