Xbox One Trouble

Is anyone else having the home screen freezing issue? The controller doesn't seem to work and it seems VERY VERY slow, but once I use the kinect and tell it to go to an app, it works just fine once it finally loads. It doesn't seem to be a controller issue since once I play, there are no problems at all. EVERYTHING with Home seems extremely slow or laggy. Has anyone else experienced or know about this?

is your hard drive full?

either way, try a hard reset..... keep your finger on the off button/ xbox logo until it beeps and turns off then turn it back on again to see if it helps

If I hold down the logo button to turn the controller off and such, it freezes there too. I have reset it a few times. To turn it off I either have to turn it off on the console or through the kinect, but I would still have to wait several minutes doing it with the kinect. Like I said, once a game is on, the controller works fine and doesn't have any problems at all.

I just realized that I missed your question, no the hard drive is not full. It is at half capacity.

I never said to hold the logo on the controller..... Do it on the xbox itself

Hold it until the console beeps and turns off..... This way the console shuts down completely instead of going in to power save mode

Like SprayAim is saying ... you'll know you've done it right when you turn the Xbox on again and you start with the green screen.

Mine does that every now and then but the hard reset mentioned usually fixes it
