Reputation!!!!

just a reminder to you older guys and a nod to the younger guys.

You all know you can give a post a hell yeah... sure you have seen the link/button at the bottom left of the text you would like to give a thumbs up (if you didnt know, you do now)

you can also give reputation points - the higher your rep rank the more you can give.....

Remember, if you would like to increase your rep rank then it's give to get folks. i regularly give rep to posts i especially like and then give it a hell yeah afterwards for added effect

The usual to give is your current max number. Since leaving and coming back I can only give 280 points a time (ish) but before my old account merged to this one I could give a lot more - enough to give a whole level of rep anyway

Your rep score is the green bar under your name to the left of your post, each time it fills you get a new level

so according to what I just saw, I can give 20,070? Is that correct? (sorry for being such a noob, just trying to figure this out)

When you click on give rep points (web view of the site) you will get a box pop-up give positive rep, give negative rep yada yada and there will be a bunch of numbers that start at 0 and go up and down.... +1+2+3 and -1-2-3 etc.... Move the slider till you get to the maximum + number and that is the maximum you can give

ok, i think i know what i did wrong, i did the fucking hell yeah before giving the reputation. that is what screwed it up.

it says "you must spread some reputation around before giving it to SprayAim again". I never gave you reputation, so I tried to give MOB reputation in his reply above to see if it was just you, and it said the same thing........ I wonder what I did wrong. Thanks though, I appreciate you explaining how this works

You can remove a hell yeah from a player once you have given it, if memory serves me correctly... You can then give rep and a hell yeah on top but not the other way round
