I think you need to go to PSN website and log in there and allow it to show up...it's a setting if I remember correctly ....

k here you all go heres when and what the AE4- Widowmaker is about.



Activision has just announced that Xbox One and Xbox 360 Season Pass owners will get access to the base “AE4″ weapon and the custom “AE4 Widowmaker” weapon on December 11th. The weapon is described as a ‘energy directed Assault Rifle’.

Havoc, the first DLC pack for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, is set to release early next year. This pack will come with an all-new weapon, the AE4 directed energy Assault Rifle. The AE4 combines a versatile firing mechanism with all-around movement speed and handling. In addition to the base weapon, the AE4 Widowmaker custom variant will also be included.
As a bonus to Xbox Season Pass holders, you’ll receive early access to the AE4 and the AE4 Widowmaker starting December 11th. Don’t worry if you’ll be receiving Season Pass during the holidays; anyone that gets an Xbox 360 or Xbox One Season Pass after the 11th will gain instant access to both weapons.

The AE4 and AE4 Widowmaker will be available as part of the first DLC pack, Havoc, for users that don’t own the Season Pass. More details regarding Havoc DLC pack will be announced soon; Havoc is set to release in January on Xbox Live.
No news yet for when Season Pass owners on PSN and PC will be available to get this; stay tuned.

This gun is so over powered when playing hardcore, so many times i have put like two or three bullets into someone and they jump turn and one shot me, extremely annoying to play against, seems to be very accurate as well.
