That's good it also comes from helping with marksman. Checking forums for new recruits and letting them know you'll help and taking the time to be on live to give your help

You requested that your real life friend FUGITIVExSH4D0W be made your Fireteam Leader. His last log in on the forums was 3 weeks ago where I think he posted once, or at least only in one thread. Before that, he hadn't posted since July. This makes me question your leadership, judgement and your understanding of how the clan works.

[Edit: Also, your work in recruitment is much appreciated and applauded and we'd like you to continue doing so. This is definitely part of the equation.]

Recent players once you start doing a mass msg their game tags don't show up so yea it's hard tell if their in clan already or not

Yep that's correct,what I normally do is I write gt's that don't have a clan tag on them down while in game from the leaderboards so that I know im not responsible for poaching a member from another clan.
It does take a long ass time and effort to write down the gt's,plus send the message so I typically wait until the nights quiet and our guys aren't on before doing this.

I like to use game chat. Feel them out first. You can tell a lot from them talking.

Yeah exactly. Whether it be my Squad leader position or a Platoon Sergeant position. I know a lot of you dont think I should have it. I am doing this to show you all otherwise. I want to stand out among my competitors. I want to bring the Hell Houndz to glory
