Best advice I can give is don't upgrade your town hall until you max everything thing else you can. It will save your butt big time later. Your town hall levels determine who you fight in war. If you upgrade to fast you will get destroyed

Upgrading mines is overrated in my opinion. Upgrade your storages and farm others for there loot. Your upgrades need to be wizard towers then archer towers because they defend against land and air.

do you just need people to sign up or do they actually have to play it. If all you need is it to be downloaded and few steps I will set it up tomorrow but if I have to play and build an army I dont have that kind of time.
They have to play. Clan war is all team play. Each player only gets 2 attacks in a war. So if someone doesn't attack thats 2 you loose and that sux
