Have you filled of an application for which ever is your main game? You can start by doing that then the proper members will take it from there

I actually do have a couple of questions, I was scrolling through the forums and saw some things about "marksman" and you have to complete it in 14 days. What's that all about?

You have to complete it to become a full member. I think it's 350 total kills? It shouldn't be tough. You can read the requirements on the awards page/tab
