BF Brigade / Whiskey Company Roster Announcements

Very happy to see all these movements going on within Whiskey ...and more so because "I" don't have to make these moves or worry about these moves because Whiskey has been running itself for a long time with very little hiccups along the way ...

It's not easy to run a group/team of players and it is even harder to bring a group/team back up from it's knees like Whiskey was at one point ... I can't say this enough, you guys never game up on Battlefield and have and continue to do a great job with Battlefield ...

And what better day to once again thank you guys for all your hard work than on Thanksgiving Day !!! Thank you "fucks" for all your hard work and making mine a lot easier and keeping CAG's prestige going strong ....

Everyone here works their ass off to make whiskey co what its is from our highest ranking officer to our lowest in our recruits.
That's not to say yes everything is always rosey,cos its not there are times when we don't always agree and don't always see eye to eye but one thing we all share is mutual respect for each other and can agree to disagree.
Its a team effort and this is exactly why whiskey works the way in which it does.

That is also why CAG as a whole continues to get bigger and stronger ... I don't always agree with the other co-leaders and officers but I did agree to let you guys "lead" and not interfere with how you guys do your jobs ... Having the officers and co-leaders that I have to help me lead CAG is why we continue to develop great officers and co-leaders year round ... this is the most officers and co-leaders that CAG has ever had and the work all you guys put into this clan is just amazing you guys ... I challenge anyone out there to find a better "lead" clan that ours ... a clan that has better officers and co-leaders than CAG does ...

We have put together a system that just develops great players, people and leaders and all that is possible because of you guys ... the respect level over the last year has been the best it has ever been and while it might not always seem like it is what goes on behind close doors and what you guys do to maintain composure throughout the clan is something else !!!!

So yes Johnbai84 ... the respect is mutual ... this all means a lot to me as well...to be able to say this about you guys and to be able to admit that you guys are doing a great job is something that not every clan leader will do ... CAG would not be here and continue to be #1 without you guys!! THANK YOU ALL !!!

I do believe we have a unique leadership group within CAG. I stress the importance of having a leader unique to the game he is on. Which is why they are differences in BF n COD Brigade in how things are handled. I commend both Brigades and look for future officers in the various games that are coming out.

I have no doubt Whiskey will continue to do it's thing along with the Kilo. I know what it's like to lead a company and believe me when I say it's no easy task. Regardless of what anyone thinks I believe that CAG is #1 because of you guys. No company is better because we represent CAG to it's glory.

I look forward to what the future has to offer.

I sometimes think that leading a Company is a bit more stressful on these guys, the changes in personnel can change so rapidly as this level because of other members moving up in rank and what not ...

It's just really satisfying to see so many of these guys moving up it the ranks ..so many wanting to be more than just a clan member and wanting to lead and help out like they are doing ....

Every Company on every Division is just kicking ass ... when I don't have to be in meetings discussing issues.. listening to drama then you know shit is good ...

All the Generals are making very good decisions with their promotions and placing the right people where they should be or where they feel they need to be at ... way to kick ass everyone !!!

It's all about the values it's like I do see the importance of activity but in game leadership is just as important. Some guys are good at showcasing their skills on the field and others are good in the office side. In order to be a success it's gotta have both. They both commend each other.

It's almost like here in CAGClan is the defensive side of the ball. You communicate and get your players ready. Offensive side is putting the trust on guys to go & execute during the games we play.

Simplicity is virtue I tell the veterans and new comers alike to keep it simple. Everyone in every rank has a specific assignment. I've learned this not only here in CAG but in real life.

Guys will get their chance once new games come out. But the test in itself comes when you gotta make recruitment and personnel choices.

Remember this "don't talk about how your build the bridge, do it & then walk down that motherfucker because the rest will follow".

Keep up the good work guys I'm only as good as those who command their positions to the fullest.
