How To Unlock Phantom Bow / Private Server

Above is the best video I have found on all the steps to unlock the Phantom Bow. You will see from watching the video, that you will have to have all 3 Phantom DLC assignments done in order to get it. I have all 3 Phantom assignments done, and I ran around on some "no kill servers" last night, and had no luck finding the dog tags needed to open the elevator. We will also need to find one of the dog tags off of each of the new Final Stand maps in order to get the bow. Please let me know if you have/when you have all 3 Phantom assignments done (xbox one), once we have 4 people with them done, I am going to rent a server, and we can scower the maps, until we find the tags. I want this bow so bad! Send me a PM and/or reply to this post, I can get the server rented as early as tonight if there is enough people. I'm off work wednesday-sunday for Thanksgiving, and I was really hoping to grind this out over the break.
