Question about rank. I am currently a Lance Corporal, Fire Team Leader. I have met the requirements for Corporal by having 300 plus posts. When I read the duties of a Corporal it says that you are a recruiter. I am sure I'm just not looking in the correct place but what are the duties expected of a recruiter. I am currently working with several recruits to try and earn their marksman badges. I also have been posting on the COD AW clan recruitment forum.
Trying to get new members.
Also who would I contact about what other tasks need to be completed to be promoted to Corporal.

I just promoted you to Corporal and you should have your recruiter permission to view applications already ... exactly what you are doing right now is what all recruiters should be doing ...

To get promoted to Sergeant you will need the following:

Sergeant
CAG Sergeants are members of the clan who have chosen to take command of a squad for a minimum of 6 months. If the member does not complete the 6 months as a squad leader, he/she may be demoted back to Corporal depending on the reason for not being able to complete the 6 months.

Sergeants may be promoted and designated as Platoon Sergeants if no qualified members are currently available as long as they have their Sharpshooter's Badge and even be meritoriously promoted if they have satisfactorily demonstrated that they are capable of carrying out the responsibilities and duties of a higher rank either through a recommendation or request.

A maximum of 10 Sergeants per MOS and Billet are allowed in the clan and promotion to Sergeant may be delayed due to an excessive amount of current Sergeants

In order to receive the Rank of Sergeant the following requirements must be met:

• Minimum of 400 posts on the forums
• Minimum of 4 months in the Clan
• Must earn the Expert Badge

Congrats reaper from my point of view if that counts for anything I think from what im seeing of u around the forums u are doing a pristine job helping out recruits.
