    I've been thinking lately alot about things and im thinking about leaving... I'm not mad with anyone but it just seems like im not wanted here, I dont feel very welcome at all...this is why I haven't been posting here on the site or anything because at times it feels like it falls on deaf ears...I dont want to leave..I really don't and maybe this is shit that can be worked through and blow over who knows...I don't know what to do anymore and it's frustrating....

    Scotty I haven't played with you dew to the different consoles were on but from what I have seen on the forums you my brother have a good fallowing around you . From the looks of things in the 360 division there are plenty for chances for promotion and advancement over there and you have been here long enough to know how we roll . You sir could be in on the ground floor of the rebuilding of the 360 side to its former glory . The opportunity is there all you have to do is grab it .
