Deathstroke, being that you are the "recruit" it is up to you to add people to your friends lists .... many people won't accept friend requests if you don't send a message along with the friend request saying that you are a recruit ... also if you are not active on the forums they may also not accept your friend requests... many (75%) or more of the official members of CAG have put in their time not only on xbox live but also on the forums and if they put in their time on the forums they feel that the recruits should as well ...

I play BLOPS 2 on the 360 a lot , send me a friend request and we can game it up on there ...

send messages to people that are in the respective division your working on your marksmen for. you should have gotten a default reply from the application you filled out with people to add - either BF, Call of Duty, Destiny? and Titanfall? i think are all possible applications you could have submitted for.
