absolutely. and if Mello isn't going to step up to the plate and lead that team in a positive direction then someone else need's to just take the bull by the horns man.
i hope Jackson takes a good, long look at that roster this off season and figures out every players strength's and weakness' and build the system around the players. let everyone who can't/won't play in his system go out the door or trade them while he still can. a lot of the players on that MJ era Bulls team were drafted. the Bad Boy era Pistons... nother great example. Isiah Thomas - Joe Dumars - Dennis Rodman - John Salley - all draft picks... got some guys they needed to fill roles... Bill Laimbeer - Rick Mahorn - Adrian Dantley/Mark Aguirre (fun fact - Mark Aguirre was drafted the same year as Isiah... went No 1 overall to Dallas and Detroit went with Isiah)
