i didn't even look at your post that he qouted before i posted that but on the real dude, the knicks are terrible. the reason i say this has nothing to do with their win/loss record or miserable failings in the playoffs and not being able to cash in ONCE with Patrick Ewing on the team... it's mostly because they have had an incredibly talented roster the last 5-7 years and just continue to blow ass and underperform. that team needs a leader. i know there's this hype because Phil Jackson is coming back to run to the team that he won a championship with but he's not coaching and he certainly can't go out there and lead them on the court.

I think they tried to run the triangle offense but that lasted a whole quarter. I think they need an identity.
