The Nexus strike is probably the quickest one if you run through ... you only have to kill the 3 servitors and the final boss.
The power of Atheon's Epilogue on a Void Burn modified strike, a bit of luck with enemies not targeting him when his health was low. The final boss goes down quick to void if you can avoid his blasts and the adds.
Too fast for my taste, I'd rather take it slow and know that I'll complete it. He probably failed a few times before getting it right.
