The solider was actually shoot at the National War memorial n ran to the parliament.
The solider didnt run there the shooter did my bad.
Holy fuck eh hit and run on soldiers wow ducking terrorist anyway for hose of you that don't know Ottawa is Canada's Washington, D.C. It's Canada's capital.

Proof that the only thing that will stop a bad man with a gun is a good man with a gun. One of the guards took down one of the shooters.
At least this wasn't at a movie theatre or school where it's like fish in a barrel for the shooter...
