    Home Workout's

I've not got the money to start going to the gym just yet but I've been on a diet for a while now and lost over 5 stone. I'm wanting to lose a lot more weight but I'm wanting to build my muscle up and tighten my arms, belly fat and my chest up. What would you guys suggest is the best workout for this until I start going to the gym?

hey killerford, I have just a few questions for you..

    1. how much cardio do you do per day?
    2. how much do you weigh
    3. what is your height
    4. what amenities do you have available? (treadmill, free weights, anything fitness related)

I've mainly been running up and down some steps and push ups. I don't know much about workouts or what's best to do or eat. I weigh about 15 stone but I've just been cutting my food down and eating healthy. I've lost a lot of weight to what I was and I'm looking to lose more but to make sure I'm tightening up. I'm around 6'2. Like I mentioned before I use the steps, I have some basic single weights and also a rowing machine and that's it. I was looking into getting a exercise bike and maybe buying some other stuff to help me out. I've not really got the room for a running machine. Would you suggest anything? As I mentioned I'm just currently doing things at home as I've not really got the cash at the moment to do a monthly subscription at the gym.

not a lot off ppl have row machines, they are great for endurance if you use it properly.

ok today i want you to do this:

warmup with a 800m row (if you dont have a readout that tells you go 6 minutes)
3 rounds for time (lemme know how long it takes):
10 man makers ( 2:23 is the time to watch )
    20 air squats
    30 leg raises ( )

    don't cheat yourself

you don't want to starve yourself bc your body is going to eat what muscle you have bc it wants the protein stored in them
If winning isn't everything, then why do they keep score?

the video is blocking the workouts on my screen so

    3 rounds for time :
    10 man makers
    20 air squats (get low)
    30 leg raises
If winning isn't everything, then why do they keep score?

Going to buy some better dumbbells or other stuff after I come back from London. If there any other works outs you would suggest that would help me tighten up my stomach and arms?
