Over the past week I have not been feeling well and it turned out to be the flu and some sort of infection but thats all better. I went to turn my xbox one on the morning and it would start up then shut down, or it stay on the start up screen. I spent 2 hours on the phone with xbox troubleshooting and when nothing happened they put me on the line with a supervisor and wanted me to send my system in. Since I'm under warranty still they will replace for me. I am sending it out tomorrow with express shipping. According to the supervisor it should be 1-2 weeks until I get a new system.
And also a few of you know about my account issue with my preferences and settings, they still don't know when that will be fixed either, its been 3 months and they are still working on it. But on the bright side they fixed my purchase issue, which shows me they are working on it.
I might be able to borrow a friends system since he plays football and works, so he never plays but I don't know if he'll let me borrow it but I'm hoping for the best. Every one have fun gaming, Can't wait to join back shortly.
