    Challenging Myself


    Today starts a new goal for me.
    I have been too complacent for the last few months. I have found reasons to skip workouts, eat like complete crap (cheat meals are fine but I was doing it religiously).
    I am coming in at 195.6 lbs, with 18% bf (I usually stay around 7-11).
    With that being said, I'm going back to being the beast (I can afford it again) and get my tan back.

    Will upload before, progress, and after photos.

    30days...let's get it.
