For the sake of clarity, Gamestop was offering a Destiny shader redeemable code to anyone who pre-ordered Advanced Warfare (kind of an odd marriage). So anyone who pre-ordered AW and won't be getting Destiny .. Rainy wants yo code, yo.

Which reminds me to go to Gamestop and get my own code.

Not sure if my canadia code would work for you. If I could get clarity that it would I would do this for ya bud. Also, when do they give you the code? When the game drops or as soon as you pre-order? If it's the latter then you could pre-order it, get the code, then cancel your pre-order a couple days later

I think its on the receipt, maybe? I don't remember how they do it now, but I used to get it on the receipt and they'd circle it with marker or something...

From what I can find DLC codes considered North American, and include Canada, and U.S. Xbox points codes are country locked due to currency difference's, and the console using a cash monetary system now.

It was supposed to be on the receipt at the moment you pre-ordered (unless you pre-ordered before they started that deal, then you have to go back and request the code).

I'm 99% sure that my buddy did the pre-order, get code, cancel pre-order thing.
