here we go!!
Bob before your jog this afternoon I want you to do this:
4 rounds with a 25 SECOND rest in between ROUNDS not each exercise
5 pushups
10 lunges
20 air squats (get deep in your squats)
30 second DEADMILL
rest then repeat for 4 times! Then have fun on your jog, push yourself bc you want to get your heart rate up before your jog.
