Hey guys!
Periodically I will do a giveaway... not like a normal CAG giveaway! But CHALLENGE based, I will put up a thread here with the challenge and you will have ONE WEEK to accomplish. It could be anything from meet your goal for the week to a physical challenge (will handicap for girls) i.e. hit a personal best on pushups or something along those lines.
I will be giving away anything from decals, shaker cups, to supplements, or clothing apparel!
(I ball on a budget but I will splurge for you guys once in a while)

2. Time it took to finish challenge
3. What pushed you through the challenge (could be a song, a son telling you go daddy, or just sheer will)
4. POST WORKOUT PICTURE
I will take names down and do a drawing, winner IS eligible for the next challenge bc if a prize motivates you to live a healthier lifestyle then more power to you.
