I like waking up at 05:30. Doing a 2 mile run, push ups, sit ups, and bell curlers. Usually I'll take a whole wheat work out shake. Then later take come C4 in the afternoon and Grind an Hour in the gym on muscles and legs. Split both 30 mins.
