This is a really cool thing. I just started working out my self. I'm not sure if I'm going about this right but I bought some cheap dumbbells and I'm working on my arms (5 lbs to start). I have been doing a 3-4 sets of 25 reps every other day for almost a week. My hope is that I can get into a habit and not just give up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Note: I'm 28 with somewhat bad knees, high blood pressure and I'm 5'5" and 258lbs.
Hi buddy 25 reps is doing cardio. I would advise a 4 day a week routine to start with upper body, lover body, rest, Upper, lower, rest, rest and then start again. Increase the weight to only 6-10reps and do 30mins cardio a night if possible to lower body fat

I like waking up at 05:30. Doing a 2 mile run, push ups, sit ups, and bell curlers. Usually I'll take a whole wheat work out shake. Then later take come C4 in the afternoon and Grind an Hour in the gym on muscles and legs. Split both 30 mins.
