How would you guys feel about adding a section to the site for fitness?
As most of you know I work for Gold's Gym "The Mecca of Bodybuilding and leading fitness authority since 1965"
here are my ideas:
1. we could break it down into a couple of sections
2. sections could be:
Goals - where each member who wishes to partake in this upload s what they wish to accomplish in a certain time frame from 4-6 weeks with a before picture
Routines - I can upload a daily or weekly workout plan for you guys (free of charge, we charge 99 bucks for one here)
Nutrition - where you upload where and what you eat (Be ACCOUNTABLE for your actions) so we can figure out where we can help and change unhealthy habits
Challenges - I can come up with a fitness challenge and for all who complete I will raffle off an item for one winner every so often
Blotter - if someone has a random fitness question or for us to just post about how your gym life is going
I know it will take some work on my part but i am willing to try to help each and everyone of you and make sure we can game and be friends for a long time.
