Ill tell yall whats going on...
SPOILER ALERT THIS SHIT IS GROSS!
So..I have a few ulcers and that...today I woke up I was shitting dark red blood and my shit looked like tar...
this happened already 5 times today..started getting dizzy and confused and almost blacked out at one point...
ive been loosing ALOT of blood...ill update yall as much as possible...
