I called microsoft. They said, the bank is blocking the payment and the bank says their not. Its just a revolving door. N scotty im not sure if there is a microsoft store around Cleveland

Never heard of it...she should be home soon from her other job at target...ill ask her when she gets in and ill post it up here as soon as I get an answer
I got it to work. All those dumb mofos had to do was remove the card n then re add it.
