The Exotic changes have already been noted (I'm not a fan) ... I'm reading that the Weekly Heroic and Nightfall Strikes are unavailable to non-DLC owners because they are the new DLC strike. Also hearing something about how in the Strike Playlist there being a new higher level which contains the DLC strike so non-DLC owners can't play that level, and the best loot has moved to that level. It's presumed that when/if DLC story missions get added to the Daily Heroic, non-DLC owners won't be able to play that either.

On a slightly less troublesome note, the DLC quest missions are in the mid-20s level-wise. This disturbs me a bit as anyone new to the game will not be able to play the DLC content until they leveled up their character significantly.

I honestly don't understand what Bungie is thinking with anything they are doing. For experienced players, the changes to Exotic and Legendaries are essentially invalidating much of the work we've put into the game, requiring us to acquire new weapons/armor or pay out the butt. For newer players, the increased levels of everything and taking away of functionality makes it a longer process to level up.
