Progress Finally!!

After 2 months of waiting for progress with my xbox live account issue its finally getting worked on. I started working with another new agent who actually tells me whats going on with my account. Apparently there is a coding bug with my account and several other components inside the account. I was also told why I have been passed along through several other agents and not told why. All in all according to him this issue won't be fixed for a couple of weeks but he did given me tokens for Battlefield 4 (installing right now) and for destiny when it is released next week.

You'd think this would be a flag in a database somewhere that could be forcefully switched but ... code? Really? They store that shit "in code"?

Either they're pulling your leg, or that is a seriously fucked up way of handling accounts.

my friend darius tried logging into his acct yesterday at my house (he brought his xbox) and as sson as he signs in... an alert pops up saying something is wrong with his acct. he was on the phone w microsoft and they had him re-do all this stuff with his email and what not... still doesn't work so he is just gonna trade all of his stuff in and get another game for his ps4. XBL has had A LOT of problems lately and they need to fix it!
