So Confused...im At a Loss For Words

So..this might be a little bit of a rant...sorry in advance...
So the place ive been working at has been getting under my skin lately...I enjoy working with the people I work with but damm it gets confusing...I have like 5 bosses and I only ever talk to two of them...one of the other bosses who is never there...his wife....who you cant understand for shit to begin with...came into the restaurant yesterday...she sees me, keep in mind never met this bitch before in my LIFE...stands next to me and ask one of the other bosses son (one of the bosses I talk to) who I am...BITCH IM STANDING RIGHT THERE....ASK ME!...then she disapears outside for about a half hour...shit I wasnt bitching, get out my sight lol...she then comes back in...and I swear to god..says "I dont need you here...go home..thank you...goodbye..." and said it in such a tone like she was hitler and shes about to motivate the troops into invading poland....then has the nerve to tell the bosses son who was sitting there talking to me "im gonna be back in a half hour, you better not be here"....keep in mind all my bosses are owners...she just told another owners son to leave...
TODAY - I get to work at 11am, and im SUPPOSE to be there till 7pm...NOPE....THE BITCH STRUCK AGAIN!
She calls and ask how buisness is...its sunday in a small little rich town...of course its fucking dead....
she then tells the girl on the phone whos the "manager" to send me home and close the store early...but told the girl on the phone to make it sound like she didnt say it like she did last night...kinda like that "you can go we got this" type of shit..unfortunately for the wanna be owner bitch im cool with everyone I work with so of course they said something, that and no one can stand the wench...which means...today I worked like 3 and a half...maybe 4 hours...
last night an hour and a half...
im now looking for another job...im not gonna quit this place...quitting isnt my style...but working that little isnt paying my rent or my other bills....
this is why I really havent been on this weekend...
Any advice\Suggestions?




Also...forgot to add this...
I text one of the bosses and asked when I worked next...the response I got was "IDK Maybe friday, IDK"

I agree, BBB will resolve that shit right too, only downfall is its like a boxing ring, its u n the business while BBB is the ref, its helped me quite a few times so i say do it

Have you talked to any of the other owners about this. If they don't know there is a problem with communication then they are only seeing one side of the story. Speak up and defend yourself.

Ive acctually said something to all of them except one, but thats because he isnt picking up his phone...idk....im looking for another job anyways because I need something full time 40 hours a week ATLEAST...so its not like I wasnt planning on looking and im wanting to stay there on the side and work two jobs, save up get a X1 and bounce but idk now...this is driving me to drink...WHO AM I KIDDING? *Grabs Heineken*
