Hey guys,

So I thought we could discuss what the Titanfall Expert award should consist of. I have put some ideas below, and I would invite anyone to come in and share what they think, lets try to stay on topic. Thanks.

Attrition Game Mode
Get 100 or more attrition points 10 times (or 15 times).
You can get grunt kills. They only count as one. Pilot kills count as 3, Titan as 4.
You must have your Marksman and Sharpshooter before doing this award.

What do you guys think? Hard but not impossible.

If it's attrition score, why even bring in special points values for Pilots and Titans?

To be honest, I'd think all of the medals should be attrition score only

Marksman: 55 pts * 5 g
Sharpshooter: 75 pts * 10
Expert: 95pts * 15

Not too difficult. Very possible

Well I guess I was letting others know. Thats how the marksman is. Was trying to follow suit. There is already a sharpshooter. Its get 500 total kills w a semi rifle or sniper

I've heard plenty of talk, for a long time, that the current Sharpshooter for TF was wrong, and should've been named something else. That was within Kilo Company though, so we could always run with it and say that the current one is it.

I'm still bothered by the special points values. These are the ones for attrition:

Attrition Point Values
Grunts - 1 point
Spectres - 1 point
Pilots - 4 points
Titans - 5 points
Pilot and a Titan - 9 points

It makes more sense to actually use the already existing values for medals. It saves in time in not having to "convert" points to a different metric and also, the point of a game of Attrition is to be good at attrition. If that means killing 2 pilots and 85 grunts, it's still in line with being good at the game mode. Otherwise we might as well move the marksman and expert to Pilot Hunter-mode instead.
Titanfall is not Call of Duty with robots, so why should the requirements be set up like it is?

Well, how about this buddy, let's do it. As Cheech says, you want it done put in the details and do the damn thing. First off lets figure a new name for the current Sharpshooter and then change the point values to equal the game standards as you posted. Then chabge the point values and make the game like 25 points for Marksman 5 times. SS - 50 points 10 times. Expert - 100 points 15 times.

Points these should be worth?

Well, since the first one, focused on assault weapons is called Assaultman, why not call it "Sniper"? Since it's focusing on long-ranged semi-automatics. Would you feel comfortable with that? What about 50 points each for those, since they're more based on longevity than skill?

We could also add one for Shotgun, Smart Pistol and Lmg called "Specialist" at 50 points.

Point values for the other ones are tougher. Marksman should be the same as for COD and BF at 20 points. Maybe it's logical that SS and EX is the same.

I'd also say that MM and SS needs higher requirements. Ladder of 50-75-100 maybe?

I think ss amd expert should be copied from others for point value amd i think u guys have everything else done great, dont forget that a large point in this game is titan gameplay, maybe an award called titan dropper or titan raider where u use ur titan weapon to get titan kills, make it like 5 titans 10 times where u can only be pilot
