Hey, fellow CAG members. I am having MAJOR xbox 1 communications problems ! I've tried to join several party invites and when I do, my box locks up & becomes unresponsive. Funny thing is, when I unplug my chat headset, it recovers! I thought It was my headset, so I switched controllers & used the cheap chat headset that came w/ the XBX1, same thing on both controllers! aggggghhhhh! I miss playing w/ u all!!!! Anyone else having similar issues?

Try clearing the persistent cache on your DVD player settings, and then hard resetting by holding the power button until it turns off, then unplug all cords for one minute, and try turning it back on and seeing if that's worked. If not you may want to contact Microsoft chat support

I agree with rainy, thats pretty much the one and only answer, dont forget to update this thread on the status on ur problem that way this thread can help som1 else later
