So I am watching my Son play Homefront right now and I have to say I am actually impressed. The graphics are not beautiful but the gameplay so far is good. We played a couple of games online and I liked it. Of course there is still a lot more to see and discover, but so far this game looks promising.

I will post more on the game throughout the night. But here are just a few things I liked so far:

1. The hit detection is actually fair
2. The weapons are solid and match up to Call of Duty
3. I don't think you need hardcore mode in this game, it is a fair playing field so far
4. Movement of your character is fluid

So far we have only seen one map, but the map is huge. I didn't see many vehicles or aircrafts causing havoc, but I did get run over by a damn Humvee as I was watching the end of the street for movement by the enemy.

The story mode so far is very fast paced. A little arcade like but still fun to this point. The AI by the enemy is a little stupid, but you barely notice it. Maybe its the difficulty level, but so far so good.

I will keep you all posted with more details throughout the night.
