Hey guys, I want to apologize for my apparent inappropriate behavior last night. I have been informed of this issue. I will not go into detail of last night's events, but I will say I am sorry if I offended anyone it was definitely not my intention. Again I sincerely apologize for my behavior. It was not Squad Leader material.

I think as a squad leader you need to set the example of what a leader should be. If you have a talk with anyone please do it in a friendly manner, if the problem isn't resolved right then and there, make sure to use the CoC and will make sure the issues will get resolved.
