Chain of Command

Hey there fellas,

So I was surfing around the site today and in my curriosities happened upon the Chain of Command. Over the recent weeks I have noticed that we haven't followed this as well as we should be. Not quite sure that everyone has seen in on the site. I know it is recommended that everyone read and use the CoC when the need calls. Here is the link for you guys to read. I know I could be wrong with this post, but after reading this it is clearly evident the amount of thought and work was put into creating this. My hats off to you Cheech. Not everyone may appreciate this as much as I do, but lets do the officers a favor and follow this and try to make life on them a little easier. Anything we can do to help make the clan run just a little bit smoother. Thanks again guys.

Thanks Gemini and great post. A shit ton of effort has indeed been put into the CAG clan by Cheech and his co founders /leaders and we as officers always promote following your CoC. Makes for efficiency.

Ok guys so remember here's a quick note of Chain Of Command

Fireteam & Squad Leaders are the first people you get in Contact with if theirs an issue in game

Platoon Sergeants are the next line if Fireteam & Squad Leaders aren't available.

Platoon Commanders are the next line if Platoon Sergeant isn't available.

Company XO (Executive Officer) are the next line if Platoon Commanders aren't available.

Company CO (Commanding Officer) are the next line if Company XO Commanders aren't available

Battalion & Regiment Commanders (Battlefield Side only has these 2 filled at the moment) are the next line when the Company Commander isn't available

Brigade Commander is the next in line if either A) On COD Side Company Commander isn't on or B) Battalion or Regiment isn't available for Battlefield

Finally The Division Commander would be next in line if either of the Brigade Commanders aren't on

The goes General in Chief > Assitant Commandant > Commandant > 2nd In Command & Finally Our Fearless Leader Cheech

Their you have it folks this is the in-depth to CAG's Chain Of Command. Now remember to use it wisely and at any point time if any one has a question and someone isn't giving you an answer directly then go up the chain. You guys have access to Forum Rosters & Main Clan Rosters for instructions. Communication is essential & within each level of Chain Of Commander their are people who've been placed their to take care of situations or concerns that come up.

If any body in my PLT feels that they can not talk to there Squad Leaders or Fire Team Leaders, don't hesitate to come dial to me directly. But I do at least give them a chance to help
