Suggestion About CAG Titanfall Squad Structure

I might be sticking my head somewhere it doesn't belong, but this has been brewing in my head during the weekend, so I though I'd share it and see what other people think.

    Titanfall Structure

Universal Battle Group Alpha (UBG-A) (Squad, 6 Pilots)
    - North American Battle Group Alpha (NABG-A) (Fireteam, 3 Pilots)
Book3r Dewitt, Jon aka Twisted, New recruit/Existing member
    - European Battle Group Alpha (EUBG-A) (Fireteam, 3 Pilots)
    CAG Lambda89, 2x New recruit/Existing member

Universal Battle Group Bravo (UBG-B) (Squad, 6 Pilots, Applicable with further recruiting)
    - North American Battle Group Bravo (NABG-B) (Fireteam, 3 Pilots)
    - European Battle Group Bravo (EUBG-B) (Fireteam, 3 Pilots)

    Pros (UBG type structure.)

    1. Full Titanfall squad. Self-evident why that's a good thing.
    2. Ability to run 3-vs-3 tournaments on both continents without absurdly high travel expenditures if applicable, not taking sponsorships or lottery winnings into account.
    3. Ability to run 6-vs-6 online tournaments, and 6-vs-6 on-site tournaments with sponsorship.
    4. A possible EUBG-A and EUBG-B could act as a European Squad, likewise for the North American fireteams.

    Cons

    1. Could prove difficult to find recruits on specific continents.
