Help Getting Recognition For CAG

So my GF just brought home a desktop ( I've always had a laptop ) and I was wondering what is a decent pvr so I can start getting clips of gameplay from our Call of Duty MW3 squad to make an intro/montage for CAG as advanced warfare is on the horizon.

When I had my laptop it was easy for me to just upload via elite and download it to my laptop then edit and re-upload but now that elite for mw3 is down, it is going to be a completely new ball game but I want to put in the time and effort for us as a TEAM!!

I'm going to start looking on the steps to do this once I acquire a PVR/Capture card. I'm most likely going to use Sony Vegas Pro as I am somewhat familiar with that program.

ANY TIPS will be helpful as I've never used a capture card before.

I personally have the new Avermedia LGP Lite that I just purchased and I love it u can look in my Thread called My Videos to see quality and the price was less than 100 on newegg.com
