    My trainer called them seal lifts, good way to condition right there, also had a lot of holding weights while hold in my arms out too

    He calls it seal lift cause we live in Alaska and there's a sport called the seal hop which is a lot like that stance except u hop, he's also and instructor for these such sports, NYO sports that is
