I am honoured to be placed in this position after all the recent promotions. I will make it my business to fill this position to the best of my abilities. Also, congratulations to all who got promoted. I look forward to working with you all.

I have grown to feel very strongly about good conduct in the clan. Whether it be on the forums or in game. Lately I have been very impressed with this. Our ability to handle conflict and the maturity levels of longtime and new members has never been better. Awesome people attract more awesome people. This is why we are growing at a rapid rate. I just want to say well done guys. We are making memories, experiences, and having a positive impact in a growing amount of lives. It may not seem like a big deal now, but none of us will ever forget our good times here in CAG.

This needs to continue, and I don't want to get complacent. We need to vigilant in pushing ourselves to become stronger. CAG is not just about video games. It's about a community of people who want to improve themselves, and want someone to share this with.

I want you guys to know that I am ALWAYS available to talk to if you guys are having problems in the clan or in general life. Brotherhood and communication are an impenetrable force. This combination has won wars and built countries. Let us use it to better our clan as well.

If we keep supporting one another and using our CoC, nothing can stop us.

We are indeed growing rapidly and there has been much change and politics. But you're right...we're adult enough to get shit done.

And fuck yeah...we do make great times for people...and ourselves...that feeling you get when someone says "I've not had this much fun since...", it's a special thing and long may CAG continue to do this. Hell...I myself have never had this much fun in battlefield.

All points you make are spot on and I'm looking to you and Fundy to uphold and promote the CAG way. There's a reason why promotions have been made. This goes for all in Whiskey...and CAG as a whole.

Seeing as you do have all your Weapon Badges, I see why you shouldnt handle the Billet of Master Sergeant as it should be handled for CAG. Master Sergeant

CAG Master Sergeants are members who are tasked with providing recruits and members of all units in his Company with technical leadership. This means that Master Sergeants must be able to put together classes and designate each member of his company with certain areas to cover on each map.

Master Sergeants must also be able to evaluate each member of his company and put together a detailed report for his Platoon Commander which can include suggestions about what weapon they should be using and what billet they should be designated with to help improve their skills and gaming experience

In order to receive the Rank of Master Sergeant the following requirements must be met:

• Must have a minimum 700 posts on the forums
• Minimum of 7 months in the Clan
  
• Must be recommended for this Rank and Billet
  
• Must earn the Experts Badge
• Must be active on forums daily

Thanks for this Cheech. I can't get on my laptop much lately so this will be a good reference for me. I can't wait to work with my Whiskey brothers in these areas.
