One of my very good friends has found a heavy addiction to IV heroin, and I'm also aware she's resorted to prostitution to afford it... Every time she visits she seems fine, and then its straight into the bathroom to spike for ten minutes, comes out, and completely fades away... I can't stand to see this, does anyone have advice?

honestly there is nothing you are going to be able to do if she dosnt want help. i have lost around 40 people in the last 4 years due to herion including my aunt less than 2 months ago and everyone that ive lost have been asked if they wanted help and some even took the help but went back on it and then od. im sorry im not much help but that is my thougths because ive been threw this many many times

what he ^ said. people only quit that shit when they are ready and it's usually once they hit ROCK bottom. don't let her do it in your house though man.
I agree with Blame don't condone it by letting it happen at your house. This is a subtle way of saying you don't like what she is doing.

yeah i am adoptoping my sisters kid who was a herion/drug baby and the baby is really bad off with issiues but when my sister would come visit i cought her going into my bathroom and shooting up and i kicked her straigh out of my house and now she dont get to see any of her kids i have had or have now

This is a very tough one and there are so many ways to deal with it but in my circle, we have a rule and promise, a fucking Credo if you will ... In my group we did just about every fucking drug you can think of, the one drug we all promised to never touch was heroin and especially through a fucking needle... This promise between all of us and it is a group of about 25-30 was made one night after we all dropped acid and tripped for a whole day going into a 2nd one because of the speed that is used on acid tabs ...
Anyways, as we were all tripping and having fun we all agreed that if caught doing heroin we would kick that persons ass regardless of whether they were male or female ... so the small little saying when we see each other at times out of the blue is "I'll kick your ass if you kick mine" ...
She would get her ass kicked if she was in our group my Man and there would be no one feeling sorry for her either ... To this day we have not had anyone touch that shit ever ! Show that girl some love the hard way , kick her fucking ass !!!
