    Getting Back In Shape.


    Hey everyone! As of today I'm starting a home workout routine and changing my dietary habits to boost my health. I have tried this many times to no avail because of one thing. I simply lack commitment for these types of routines. Im not the type of person to stay on a schedule. This also helps me save money since I'll be making my own lunches as well instead of going out every day for lunch.

    I would appreciate all the support I can get from you guys in the coming months. I think this will be a win win in all aspects of my life. So if you see me on late at night don't be afraid to yell at me. :P I need the push.

    Any advice is appreciated on the matter especially since I'm not an expert by any means in this area. Especially the nutrition end of it.

    Plan - shit loads of tuna and pasta and a lot of skipping.

    Nah man although it does work I boxed for a few years and that's what my main part of my diet was.pasta and tuna besides the other stuff likes of chicken without the skin,rice spinach,egg whites etc etc.
    Tie this up with the cardio and ur good.

    Nutrition is my main struggle. I can keep decent to great form. And do most of the workouts. Im a horrendous cook. Ive been perplexed on a good breakfast to start off the day besides a banana.

    Hey bro...good for you! It is indeed a commitment but you gotta break thru that wall and you WILL reap the rewards.

    I am on a solo fitness regime myself...and for the first 4-5 months...apart from weight loss, I didn't really see any change to my definition. Then after months of perseverance...shit started showing up and my shape and definition changed completely.

    So yeah...don't be disheartened if you don't see a change immediately. It's all going on under the hood man...just keep at it and it will come...promise.

    As far as nutrition is concerned...I have green tea extract (tablet) every morning and do the protein shake etc...I have one cheat day a week...just burn off more than you costume man. Train your gut...will take time and perseverance again but it can be done. And lots of water too.

    I have porridge and fruit for breakfast...and then eat small meals every few hours. Work the metabolism.

    I'm no expert...don't get me wrong...this is just what works for me.
