Hey everyone! As of today I'm starting a home workout routine and changing my dietary habits to boost my health. I have tried this many times to no avail because of one thing. I simply lack commitment for these types of routines. Im not the type of person to stay on a schedule. This also helps me save money since I'll be making my own lunches as well instead of going out every day for lunch.
I would appreciate all the support I can get from you guys in the coming months. I think this will be a win win in all aspects of my life. So if you see me on late at night don't be afraid to yell at me. :P I need the push.
Any advice is appreciated on the matter especially since I'm not an expert by any means in this area. Especially the nutrition end of it.
