The easiest way to stick to a diet is MEAL PREP. When I grocery shop, me and my gf portion out food into freezer bags so when we want to cook chicken or meat we just grab a bag to thaw.
For breakfast I do eggs/oatmeal or a protein shake depending how many times I hit the snooze button
