Dear CAG,
Not entirely sure how to start so I'm just gonna cut to the chase.
I lost it this morning...I've been on a hair trigger for a while but have been able to control it. However, this morning at work...I flipped.
My work is stressful...I know we all have stresses and we all fight our battles each day...but I'm sorry to say my battle resulted in bloodshed today. Well...my knuckles anyway...I now need to order a new monitor and keyboard.
I'm not going to go into too much detail as to why this happened. But basically, I provide data to the utilities regulatory body who then release my information to the public domain...that's pressure enough. I've lost team mates who've not been replaced and yet we are expected to maintain service as well as develop and analyse new requests. My right hand man has gone off with stress, my boss is off with stress...
I hadn't realised quite how close I was as well. But yeah...from somebody parking in my allocated space today, which I wouldn't normally care about...to a series of phone calls requesting more work...I popped.
So in a very long winded way...what I wanna say is, I may be a little sporadic / erratic on here for a bit. Will still game but might not be very 'chatty' or as friendly as I usually am. It won't be anything personal toward anybody...I just need a few days to settle shit down and hopefully get back on track.
