My advice to you is to be with your son. If you take that job that pays more, you will be missing all those milestones that your son will doing. Being a dad us the greatest feeling in the world even when times are rough. Money is nice but it doesn't give you complete happiness like your son will.

I agree with Bear. Money's nice but the joy kids bring to your life isn't worth missing.
