Some days are extremely harder then others, most people don't understand that I have to fight against myself every waking moment. My friends have learned not to push stuff upon me and to accept sometimes that I want to curl up in a ball and end my life, I have never acted on that impulse although I have given it thought over the years.
I am vocal about it to people bc I feel even though I may not win my battle, it may give someone the courage to seek help and enlightenment from others. Personally, therapy did not help me... it actually made it worse. I've had a terrible day, and I'm kind of using this to vent bc if I hate to put my burden on people that are extremely close to me.
