The forums are here for the purpose of letting it out my friend. I won't have been a gamer as long as I have it wasn't for that stress relief and finding other like minded people to talk to about my problems or achievements is a win win in my book. Sometimes you just gotta take it one step at a time and if you ever feel like giving up think about all those people that love you and how they would feel if it should happen.

Covies got a good point! Those classes seem dumb sometimes, but man they've got some great people who can relate, and help, and lots of good ideas on how to help keep some of it in check. The in four out four, is my bread and butter daily.

I can't vouche for a way to cope with it I kinda just became numb towards a lot of things except anger and gaming helps me with that, especially when I got all y'all there, my father suffers from PTSD and he has never got out of it, he said to pick up a hobby that doesn't relate, he chose mechanics and works on it constantly he was in desert shield and desert storm n he saw some extremely terrible things so maybe try that out, he also said he tries to remember the good that came out of the bad that he saw n did, or to try and find som1 who relates to u so u can get personal with son1, vent with them and create crutches for each other

I honestly don't know what to say, some of you guys know or know someone where i am coming from... each circumstance is different for every person, I was really good for a long time then IDK something either triggered or broke in me that I just lost "control" of my mental situation.

Gym my Man ... As you can see there are tons of people here that can relate to not only you but others ... PTSD is a motherfucker and I can also relate to it as I might end up being diagnosed with that shit too from my injuries in fucking "bootcamp"....can you fucking believe that shit !!!! ?

Stress and depression have been pounding me the last few months to the point where I have had either strokes or epileptic seizures ... I don't believe in stress or depression but both my doctor and girlfriend agree that it has something to do with it ...

My doctor wants me to get on these pills to treat me for epileptic seizures first and bipolarism 2nd ... but I don't want to start depending on fucking meds in order to function normally and even begin to think that I need meds to function properly ...

So my hobby is this right here Gym ... running this website and forums, this clan, this fucking great Family of Gamers and Warriors, of Patriots and Mothers and Fathers, of Brothers and Sisters and though MOTHERFUCKERS!!!!!! CAG !!!!

I challenge anyone to find another group like us here at CAGCLAN.com .... we have people from all sorts of backgrounds here who have gone through some shit in their lives ... if coming on here and posting a thread like this one helps you out my Man then by all means continue doing so ... if you need to vent every 10 minutes on here do so !!!! This is why I put so much effort and dedication into this clan my Man, so that people like you can feel at home and are comfortable talking to others about shit like this ...

I honestly wish there was something else ...more that I could do for you and others Gym.... stay strong ...chin up and remember this .. we are never given more than we can handle Bro ... whether you are religious or not you have to have Faith in yourself first of all and understand and remember that we are here for a reason... Look around ... all these people who have replied to your thread...we are all tied in together in some way and together we can all get stronger mentally, physically and any other way possible my Man ...

I refused medicine on the same belief that I don't and shouldn't need medicine to live my everyday life, I believe that inside WE (and i say we bc of the rest of us dealing with our own issues) are strong enough to battle whatever it is inside of us making us this way.
I will be open some, I wake up from nightmares (when i do sleep) of the touch of a COLD dead body and a multitude of other things I've seen from a face blown off from a shotgun to car crashes with dead people

Dude ... you hit it on the head .. We all have it inside, that "just enough" to be able to handle all of this shit ... While I have seen a cold dead body or a face blown off, I have seen death in front of me a few times ... Think of it all this way ... this is why "We" all should appreciate what we have "right now" in our lives ... our Friends and Family ... the roof over our heads ... the food on our tables ...

We go through the shit we do go through for a reason my Man ... each and everyone's lives are pre-scripted by something bigger than we will never understand until we die I think ... and it is up to us to figure out a way to handle everything that comes our way ...
