I have waited 3 months for my Account to be migrated back to the US after being hacked and migrated to the UK. THESE fuckers want me to wait another month to migrate my damn account back. What kind of BS is this?!

It's not just Microsoft it's a lot of big companies. It's not something they have to deal with so they do what's convenient for them.

Ugh, I know your pain. It took them 7(!) Months to get my CC removed from my payment options, since the account management page on their website wouldn't let me do it. Meanwhile they sent me emails complaining about how they couldn't charge the CC for my membership..
Now I'm just using prepaid codes, way easier and less of a ripoff.
It took them 3 months to get my Son's account back when his got hacked... the reason for this is because they are investigating how it got hacked, by who and if it's from a Country other that the U.S. States ... My Son's was hacked by someone in Brazil, the international laws can't force Brazil's authorities to hand over the account so they have to wait till an investigation is done and they show proof to them that the account was hacked and it belongs in the U.S. ...
You need to call every week and get updated on this though because if you don't they will keep your case on the shelf ... I suggest you call every Thursday night or Friday night to get a status update ... also ask them to credit you for a free xbl account while they are investigating, they will send you an email with a free code every month while they investigate this bs ... hope this helps my Man ...

It's not that they are light years behind ... its the process they have to follow ... now their customer service reps are complete fucking idiots which is another reason for the lousy customer service but their protocol is actually correct ....

I have never gotten an outsourced Rep with Microsoft ... I do with Timewarner, DirectTv and even my fucking Att accounts... I do get some fucking idiots though on Microsoft who can't even follow a simple fucking script
