I think the best way to recruit is not individually but with a group. Get like 3 people and go and shoot people an invite that make up the rest of your squad (talking about bf of course) play with them a few games let them see what there missing out on. (Good coms, good laugh , etc...)ask for them to join if there cool as well. If not you made a friend hopefully and just repeat.
