Basic Hand To Hand Award Ribbon

I had a question about the basic hand to hand award. When I look at the awards page:

Hand to Hand Combat
1. Complete 10 rounds where you earn at least one Melee Ribbon per round (BF4: 4 kills).


2. Must have a CAG member in each game.


3. Must include Battlelog links in a thread.


4. Must include Battlelog links in a thread.




Expert Hand to Hand
1. Requires completion of Hand to Hand award.


2. Complete 20 rounds where you earn at least one Melee Ribbon per round (does not include Hand to Hand award rounds).


3. Must have a CAG member in each game.


4. Must include Battlelog links in a thread.


But I have heard that the regular one is only 1 ribbon 1 time. And then the expert is 10 rounds worth.

Which is the way here?

yeah number 2 was the old way. forgot it all got changed around.
